Been here several times and had wonderful food every time. Great quality, flavors, and value. Pollo, Carne Asada, CARNITAS TDF, Chile Verde and Colorado, Quesabirria! YUM! Maybe a little heavy handed on the raw onions in the Pico, and a mild salsa offering wouldn't hurt but that's probably just me (a wimp). Vamos!
Incredible. Got 5 tacos (2 carnitas, 2 chicken and 1 carne asada) carnitas tacos were the best (might be the best I’ve had outside of Mexico) but they were all delicious. I also ordered a carne asada monster burrito and that was so tasty a huge! The salsas, which I think are house made were great, not too spicy but a good kick. Will be coming back often. Oh, and the service was perfect. The woman who took my order was patient and answered all of my questions!
We went here on a tuesday to celebrate taco tuesday, and it was excellent! They just recently opened and they have great tacos. My partner and I got 5 lengua (beef tongue) tacos each, so 10 tacos in total. The lengua was so tender and flavorful. Definitely recommend it to anyone that comes here. My partner also got horchata and I got a mexican coke. Their horchata is super tasty and refreshing! The mexican coke hits different since it uses real sugar. A great pairing for tacos. If you're looking for a new place for tacos in the Totem Lake area, I would definitely recommend this place!
Excellent food and service. Parking is a bit tight but more spaces in back. Really have to try their churros. They have a filling and are tasty.

Their grand opening happened yesterday, July 28, 2023. As a born and raised Californian, I am so happy I finally found a legit Mexican restaurant! Out of curiosity, I asked more about the business and learned it's family-owned and run by a family from Jalisco. The place has such a fresh, clean and truly vibrant atmosphere that brought me back to childhood memories of my family's home in Mexico. Here's what we ordered: A carne asada burrito One mojarra fish plate (we subbed beans for extra rice) 5 carne asada tacos plate with beans and rice Chimichanga plate with beans and rice All but the burrito came with a small side of lettuce and a generous portion of guac. My teen who craved finding a great Mexican mojarra fish plate was a happy kiddo. He's one picky eater, so this was a win for us. The portions were generous but not so much it was wasteful. Drinks: They have horchata, agua de jamaica, and agua de tamarindo with free refills - very delicious! 10/10 will be going there again!
